Our Firestop Inspection & FSC02 Workflow

A structured process helps reduce late-stage defects, missing evidence and documentation gaps before FSC submission.

Document Review

Review approved fire safety plans, fire compartmentation layout, product data sheets, test reports, method statements and installer records.

Inspect firestop installations at walls, floors, risers, shafts, service penetrations and other relevant locations.

Prepare a defect list identifying non-compliant, incomplete or questionable installations requiring rectification.

Re-inspect rectified areas and verify that outstanding items have been closed.

Prepare or review FSC02-related documentation, marked-up plans and supporting records.

Provide professional certification or endorsement support where installation and documentation are found satisfactory.
